Avatar International has honored St. Joseph Home Care Network - Southern California with Avatar’s Exceeding Patient Expectations Award for the year 2008. This National Award is awarded to the facilities who are performing at a 3 star level and whose overall score exceeds patient expectations. This is the 4th consecutive year they have received this designation.
