What are the steps we are taking to reach this goal?

We collect and analyze data on various demographic, socioeconomic, morbidity and health related behaviors in the communities we serve.  By collecting community health data, we are able to share our findings with other community organizations and develop evidence-based initiatives and programs in the communities we serve.
